iSolar

It is iSolar’s mission to unlock the full educational potential that renewable energy can offer schools.  To do this iSolar has teamed up with Bright Future Sustainable Living,  a non profit organisation that offers a unique and exciting education package. Our partnership enables our clients enjoy the combination of solar power with real time and interactive monitoring and a complete primary education program.

The monitoring system allows users to relate consumption and solar yield to environmental, financial and energy factors like CO2 / Black Balloon savings, $ saved/consumed, kW hours/Light Bulbs.

The Education Program is developed by teachers for teachers to make it quick and easy to teach students about global warming, renewable energy and sustainable living practices whilst fulfilling the curriculum. Teachers access a fully prepared curriculum including planning, backline masters, answers, resources and rubrics that can be adjusted to flexibly meet the needs of all children. There are games, reference materials and links for students to investigate further.
